Micro Adventures
We make it a goal to get outdoors together often: at least one day a week, and aim for one multi-day trip a month. These micro adventures keep us sane, are great for building strong family relationships, and help prepare us for the bigger ones.
When we made a conscious decision to spend one entire day in the outdoors together on a weekly basis, we had no idea how life changing it would be for us. Who knew that something so simple as one day a week could have such a profound impact?
